Information Security Basic Policy
Food Innovators Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to earning the trust of customers and society. To that end, the Company will implement company-wide information security initiatives based on the following policies:

1. Responsibility of Management
The Company’s management will take the lead in making continuous and systematic efforts to improve and enhance information security.
2. Development of Internal Structure
The Company will establish a management framework to maintain and improve information security and define security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
The Company will raise awareness and knowledge of information security among all executives and employees and encourage appropriate actions.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Obligations
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, while also meeting customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of legal violations, contractual breaches, or incidents related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
