On a pleasantly sunny autumn day, the monthly Children’s Cafeteria event was held at Café Giverny, located within Mihara Garden.

Program Highlights
· Recreation Time
The children’s laughter echoed throughout the venue during fun games led by volunteer staff.

· Rice Ball Making
The children enjoyed shaping their own rice balls. Through this hands-on experience, they discovered the joy of preparing food and the satisfaction of eating what they made.

Meal Menu

· Tonjiru (hearty pork miso soup)
· Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet)
· Tofu nuggets
· Banana cake

The handmade rice balls and warm tonjiru comforted both body and heart.
Everyone happily finished their meals, with smiles continuing through dessert.
